When applying for returns & refunds at Parts Planet NZ T/A European Autospares Ltd, please ensure you provide
a copy of the original sales invoice along with the returned items. Additionally, please note that certain returns accepted
for a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. This charge will be deducted from the refund amount..

It’s also important to note that when requesting returns and refunds at Parts Planet NZ T/A European Autospares Ltd,
freight charges are non-refundable, meaning the cost of shipping the returned items to us will not be reimbursed.

NEW
Parts

New parts are able to be returned within 7 days of the date of invoice should you change your mind. In order to be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition and packaging that you received it. New parts will not be accepted for credit if the packaging has been opened, damaged or removed.

USED
Parts

Used parts can’t be returned for credit if you change your mind. Please ensure you are buying the correct parts and contact us before you buy if you are unsure.
Sales cancelled after the part(s) have been dispatched, will be treated as a request to return the parts.

NON-
Refundable Goods

These include but NOT limited to:
•  Window Regs & Motors.
•  Any electrical parts.
•  Any procured custom parts or custom cuts.
